reiki
"Rei" "ki", or "universal" "life force", is the name of a treatment that aims to restore balance in the subtle energetic bodies of a person. The goal of a reiki session is for the practitioner to serve as a channel for the energy that surrounds us, and direct it where it is most needed on the receiver. Coupled with reflective talk and a true desire to get better, reiki can remove blockages in someone's life and ease the flow of energy in the invisible world, so that the visible reality becomes more harmonious. You can feel a lot of emotions during a session, and sometimes even physical sensations, since the body stores all our traumas and memories. These effects can manifest even in the days after the treatment and are beneficial to release what's polluting our mind.

massage workshop
Try a private massage workshop where you can learn beautiful and simple techniques, all in a fun and laid-back setting. I will help you understand the body intuitively, so that you feel confident and inspired later on, when offering this precious gift of wellness. With over 15 years of experience as a massage therapist, I have much to share and look forward to helping others develop the art of touch.
Please note that this workshop does not provide any official certification. It is intended for individuals without a professional background in massage therapy, who want to improve their personal practice. Available in French or English.
